2nd Admission in a month

Salam & good evening guys.

Just a quick update. Currently, I admitted at Tropicana Medical Centre due to AEBA ( Asthma )
Alhamdulillah the physician here is way better and I really satisfied with their management. The nursing care also in a top level

I was admitted at Gleneagles Ampang for 7 days and they refer me to 6 consultant and none of them detect that I have a lung infection that also might be due to an allergic reaction that I got from Contrast. ( I did Ct Abdomen with contrast )

And guess what they charged my Insurance Company for 21k. Fuhhh tarik nafas panjang la kan...


I just did my Bronchoscopy and OGDS today. Alhamdulillah the result is not bad. Nothing that can threaten my life.

InsyaAllah within 1 - 2 days I will discharge. I had so many plans, hopefully, Allah will ease all my plan.

After So Long - First Entry for 2017

As salam..

Ohayo Gozaimas !

Good Morning !

Saba'al khair everyone...

Ya ya ya after so long I'm writing again even I don't know I still have the followers lg ke x..:)

Well so many things happen after my late brother, Izzat pass away.

One of it is, I accept the offer to work as Health and Medical Advisor at RAPID Project Pengerang.

So in this post I will intro about my new job.

Started on 1 October 2015, I work as the Health Advisor. Never thought I will go to this level of position.

Yeah looking at the job tittle already knew the JD will be tough and of course working at project site

is so challenging and adventurous. But I take it as a challenge

So till then, adios amigos.. :)

Below are some of the Medical Facility in Refinery Cracker at RAPID Project. Under RC I had 6 first

aid station, 6 simple medical facility, 12 doctors, 37 medical personnel, 8 ambulance drivers and total of 13 ambulances.

And guess what all of them are under my care & supervision. :)

After 1 year plus akhirnya baru update new entry..

So what happen after a year ye?
Well i'm working as onshore medic..
Nak masuk second year dah pun..
Join International SOS since 7/1/2014

Means i'm not a nurse anymore..
Really a new field to me..
But i enjoy my work now..
Currently working at PMC Ramunia site..
This is the 3rd site yg sya kje..

Hai everyone..

Well i'm officially jobless..

But not really la sbb la ni dh jd ala2 " Misiku Wai"

as a part time home nurse..

Well sumthing yg sgt2 la different..

Kat ER 12 jam too many patients that i met...

But as home nurse only one patient for 8 hours..
Kalo patient fussy gile masak la jwbnya..

Oh ya la ni resume sentiasa di update..

Email kena selalu check...

Terasa mcm newly grad pulak..

So far ade 2 3 interview yg dh attend..

Hopefully adelah rezeki nanti..

Ke kalo xde nk jd expatriate blk??

Oh no no no no..

Well for the timing tak la..

But later on x taula kan..

Private Hospital or Government Hospital???

Bismillah..

Hi guys..

Pergh byk gile sarang kot..

Agak ssh kot nak mula berblogging blk setelah jd silent blogger...

Okayla make it short la..

Recently since blk vacation dr be4 Eid till now..

Sya byk spent time dkt hosp..

First ayah sya admitted..

Due to BPH -benign prostatic hyperthrophy..

Yg menyebabkn ayah sya tk bole urinate mcm bese..

So almost 3 week gk la ayah kena on CBD ( tiub kencing )

Nk jadikan cerita..

Ayah admit wat kali ke2 and kena buat cystoscopy..

The day after the procedure done..

Ibu sya complaint of chest pain..

Sharp pain and radiate to the left back..

Pakej ngan numbness sekali..

Pendekkan cite.

Ibu sya pun admitted gk..

Part ibu sya admit ni la sya nak story pjg sket..

Well my mom tk de past medical history..

Ayah i pun..

Alhamdulillah both of them healthy..

Okay yg sya nk share kat sini..

Bile ibu sya admitted sbb chest pain..

Management  and treatment yg diberi kurang memuaskn..

Well as an ER Nurse..

Byk kot kes chest pain dh sy handle..

Serial EKG/CKMB and Trop T tu sumer standard kot memana hosp mesti buat..

But the funny thing is..

Since my mom admitted hanya satu EKG je yg dibuat..

Bygkan la my mom admitted about 5-6 day kot..

N almost every day kot complaint of chest pain..

Mula2 cardiologist ingt just muscle pain...

Bg painkiller pun xjln..

ECHO looks fine..

EKG tk nmpak changes sgt..

But the chest pain still there..

So dr suggest but angiogram..

Mula2 sya a lil bit reluctant gk..

But luckily la buat angiogram..

So finding die mmg ade block kt left coronary artery and stenting was done..

Sya lupa pulak brp percent blockage tu...

After angiogram my mom stay kt CCU for observation.

N the story begin..

I noticed that my mum's face become oedema ( bengkak ) and both of my mother's hand pun bengkak..

As a daughter of course la i'm worried..

Ade gk la tnya nurse kt CCU tu  what happen kn..

Then the next day ibu sya dh bole transfer ke wad..

I noticed that my mom tak urinate well..

Sbb masa kt CCU on diapers..

N my mom xbese guna diapers..

N bile sya tanya ibu brp botol drip ibu dpt dkt CCU

Ibu ckp total about 7 botol termasuk pre angio drip..

I was like..cardiac pt with too many drip?

So satu je i rs my mom fluid overload kot..

Tu yg bengkak muka n tgn sumer..

So i encourage my mom to go to toilet.

Alhamdulillah after couple of time urinate 

My mom back to normal..no more oedema ( bengkak )

Then the next day sya tgk the cardiologist dh on kan all the cardiac meds and lipitor 

( ubt kurangkn kolesterol..)

So masa Cardiologist buat round..

Sya juz tnya...

How bout my mom's cholesterol level?

Then Dr tu selak2 file..

N terus jwb tk pe kolesterol tu sya dh cover dgn lipitor..

So i juz  remain silent..

Luckily la that PRIVATE hosp nurses die byk my junior and senior time kolej..

So i just recheck with them..

SURPRISELY..

Hanya ade one set of result CKMB and Trop T..

OMG..

How dare la diorng berani buat angiogram without any Renal Profile result or etc.

C'mon la..kalo Dr x alert nape nurse wad pun x alert gk..

Xkn x de standard sop or whatever la utk cardiac pt punya series.

N the silly mistake keep on going bile Cath Lab nurses tak check  level Urea and Creat be4 proceed the angiogram..

Contrast kot..agak2la xnak check renal function sumer..
Mmg la ibu sya x de renal problem..

But if anything happen diorng ade ke baseline Renal Profile n etc..

Since that i feel like..

Is this the quality of private hosp in Malaysia?

This is the standard??

Well i'm not blamming others private hospital..

But if this simple basic thing they dont do..

How come people want to trust them..

I didnt feel  its safe to be treated there..

But i manage to speak up about this matter to the Matron..

At first she said how come la they didnt do all that basic test..

Then after i shown her all the prove..

She admit it..

So I really hope they will improve n didnt repeat the some mistake again to other patients

Something to ponder..

-We pay extra money for the quality/good service..

-If not its better to go to government hospital..even long que..insyalllah they will do from the basic things..

-For the private hosp with lack of nurses/staff  they had to rule out this issues so the quality of the treatment will be improving.

Cukupla kot..dh lama x membebel...back to the track..blogging..:)

Belangkasuwa Adikku

1 Ogos 2013 bersamaan 23 Ramadhan 1434H..

Tarikh yg akan aku ingt smpai bila2..
31 Julai midnight tu aku selamat smpai ke tanahair terchinta..

Lepas berbuka aku dikejutkn dgn berita yg membuatkn aku rebah di lantai..
Allah beratnya dugaanMu..
Adik bongsu kesayanganku meninggal disebabkn kemalangan jalanraya..

Aku bergegas ditemani oleh sepupuku ke bilik mayat hosp Melaka..
Ibu n ayah dh menunggu di sana..
Gugur rs hati ni apabila melihat jenazah arwah adikku..
Adikku meninggal on the spot di tmpt kemalangan..
Disebabkn kecuaian org lain adikku tiada lg..
Berhati2lah ketika memandu..
Jgn disebabkn kecuaian kita org lain jd mangsa..

Bukan aku xterima takdir Illahi..
Tapi terlalu cpt ia berlaku..
Aku br saje tiba di tanahair..
X kusangka hanya jasad adikku yg dpt kudakap n ku kucup erat..

Izzat adalah adik yg plg rapat..
Dia la adik..dialah boyfriend ku..
Dia jugakla peneman setia ku..
Bodyguardku..
Allah tempatkn lah adikku di kalangan para solihin dan org beriman..

Ye aku terkilan..
Sbb aku xsempt dgr suara arwah buat kali terakhir..
Xsempt jumpa arwah lg..
Arwah meninggal masa otw nk blk berbuka..
Nk surprisekn aku yg br pulang ke kg..

Last2 mmg kami satu keluarga yg dikejutkn dgn berita sedih ini..
Benda terakhir yg arwah buat ialah dia modifiedkn keta aku yg die guna sepjg aku bekerja di Arab..
Die tukar absorber n cat baru keta aku tuh..
Allah mulia sungguh hati adikku ini..

Izzat..
Mungkin Izzat sudah tiada di dunia ni..
Tp bg akk Izzat tetap ade cuma di alam lain.
Akk akan rindu Izzat setiap masa dan saat syg..
Insyaallah selagi akk hidup..
Akan akk sedekahkn Alfatihah bacaan yaasin dan sbgnya buat bekalan utk Izzat disana..
Byk benda yg akk nk kite kongsi bersama lg..
Tp Allah lg syg Izzat..

Sekarang aku hanya tinggl dua beradik..
Dia lah satu2 nya adik yg aku ade di dunia nie.
Wafi akk akan pastikan ikatan kite lg rapat lepas nie..

Ramadhan Kareem 2013

Salam Ramadhan guys..

Pejam celik pejam celik sh hampir 2 minggu kite berpuasa..

Tuan tanah baru berkesempatan nak update blog...

2 bln blog ni sunyi..

Dah mcm xde penghuni..

Almaklumla blog ni dh dimadukan dgn Candy Crush...hahaha..

Aperpun selamat menjalani ibadah puasa.

As for me puasa dirantauan ni so so je..

Nasi beriyani,bubur jagung,roti john..juadah iftar ramadhan ke 4

Alhamdulillah finally dpt gk tour Egypt..

Everything di plan oleh my beloved cousin Jijie..

Kebetulan die dh almost 6 year dok Egypt sbb study sana..

The best part dpt snorkelling for the first time..

N i love it so much..

Its so beautiful...

N firsy trial of parasailing is too much exciting..

N this trip kitorng backpack je..

Mmg byk travel by foot..

Penat mmg penat tp kepuasannya tu mmg terbaikla kan...

So utk part 1 ni upload gmbr2 kt Sharm El Sheikh..

Trip to Tiran Island mmg amazing giler..
